About the Role
As a Maths Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning across a range of levels. You’ll inspire students to develop confidence and competence in mathematics, preparing them for success in further education, employment, and life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and innovative lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
- Supporting students through tailored guidance, feedback, and encouragement.
- Leading course planning, assessment, and administration for assigned programmes.
- Contributing to curriculum development that reflects industry needs and enhances employability skills.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in a relevant subject area and a recognised post-16 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Experience teaching formal programmes and a proven track record of successful student outcomes.
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
